We were very pleased with EM They were very thorough and helpful. We had our home inspected to give us a thorough punch out list before we place it on the market. The list and pictures taken and given to us in the final report is great to have to be able to get everything perfect. Plus we will not have any surprises when the buyers if they choose to have an inspection done.

Great experience working with this group. The assistance we received from the very first call to the inspector (Efrain) who arrived promptly on time for our appointment. He was professional, personable and understandable of our situation. Our report with lab analysis followed shortly a couple of days later as noted. If looking for a detailed professional analysis of your home for mold I have no hesitation in recommending them.
