- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges from a few thousand dollars for a studio apartment to around $20,000 for the largest and most luxurious properties we have worked on so far.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically look at the listing online to get a first idea of what the space looks like and how to bring the best out of it. We then follow up with a site visit and a bespoke proposal. After the contract is signed it’s staging time! Our typical contract runs for 8 weeks but rarely properties need to make use of their full time allocation, because they sell sooner!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always improving and training to stay informed and in the know relative to the latest market trends. Right now our staff in the process of getting certified at the New York Art and Design institute, our CEO holds a bachelor degree in business administration, a commercial real estate certificate from Cornell University.
