Their choice of compliment and decor compliment every aspect of the house and shows off its floorplan. My wife and I have hired Curated to stage our home in Coral Gables. I didn’t know what staging was and felt somewhat skeptical at first. Melanie and Stefano however guided us from beginning to end and made it possible for us to sell much sooner than we had hoped for! We were delighted. The top of the line furniture they used along with the design elements they placed throughout the house really made us stand out in front of our competition! I would certainly recommend staging if you’re looking to sell your house and you couldn’t be in better hands than with Melanie and Stefeno at Curated.

I have been a real estate investor for 20 years, and a Realtor since 2005. I have sold a good number of homes for others and many that I have owned, and never felt compelled by the value proposition of staging. But the moment I laid eyes on the stunning interiors curated by Melanie and her team, I knew that everything must change immediately. I contacted her trying to figure out any way any how we could work together. I had an apartment that didn't rent for 5 months. After hiring Curated, it rented on the first day for $100 more than the amount I couldn't rent it for, before. Talk about money well spent! What I like best about working together with them is the ownership they took of the project. It wasn't transactional, it was constant communication about things I could do to add value to my property (like the privacy fence Melanie had me build- way beyond the scope of a home staging), and messages to protect me when they noticed something amiss ( I am an out of town owner), all on top of the gorgeous work they do. The first photo I posted after being Curated nearly broke my Instagram! Lastly, I'll say that it is important that they are investors themselves. All of the decisions are made from the perspective of people who are actually doing it themselves, so these decisions are consistently what is best for an owner of a property I have already hired Curated for another project, and I cannot recommend them more highly.

My home had sat on the market for 90 days when I decided I needed to do something about it. I called Curated and they met me at my home for a walk-through the very next day. I loved their proposal and how detail-oriented they were. I hired them, and within two weeks we were back on the market with beautiful new photos of my home. It took just two Open Houses, and I had two offers. Next time I won't wait three months to call them!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing ranges from a few thousand dollars for a studio apartment to around $20,000 for the largest and most luxurious properties we have worked on so far.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will typically look at the listing online to get a first idea of what the space looks like and how to bring the best out of it. We then follow up with a site visit and a bespoke proposal. After the contract is signed it’s staging time! Our typical contract runs for 8 weeks but rarely properties need to make use of their full time allocation, because they sell sooner!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are always improving and training to stay informed and in the know relative to the latest market trends. Right now our staff in the process of getting certified at the New York Art and Design institute, our CEO holds a bachelor degree in business administration, a commercial real estate certificate from Cornell University.
