- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians exam the carpet and their condition/stains and will recommend the best treatment to the customer, there’s always more than one way to clean a carpet/rug/upholstery our technicians are highly trained and know which way will bring the desirable outcome, they will tell the customer the price and if they agree on everything- the technician is capable to do the cleaning on the spot because all of our technicians come fully equipped to every customer they’re going to - even if it’s an estimate.
