- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the least expensive but we are the best and work very hard toward client satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied we repeat until we get it right to their standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a personal estimate fir their property or multiple properties and we will work to their standards of cleanliness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We personally train each worker and fully certify them to the companies standards.
