Today I had my first experience with Melissa and Precise Commercial Solutions. I am very pleased with how thorough and professional they are. Upon arrival, they showed my a check-list of all the work they were going to perform, which we would review upon completion. The brought all their own equipment and cleaning products, and allocated two people to my 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. In doing so, they completed the entire apartment in about half the time that it usually takes one person. I really appreciated how they took the time to clean areas that many others ignore (baseboards for example). They did a walk-through at the end, going over the check-list once more to show me that each item had been checked off. I would definitely hire them again, and will recommend them to others.

My home needed extreme cleaning. I have a three bedroom two bathroom home. PCS sent two cleaners to my home at no extra cost. They arrived at my home with it being a mess and left it nothing less than spotless sparkling. My fiancee was so surprised of how clean everything is! I highly recommend them to everyone, not only for the amazing job done but the substantial service and great attitude from their cleaners.

I would definitely recommend to others. Very helpful staff and were paid attention to detail. Finished the Job faster then anticipated also Melissa was very helpful in quoting other projects. Thanks again guys!

Precise never contacted me back I called and left messages! I eventually got someone after they answered and hung up! After hanging up I called back 8 times a gentleman answered indicating they don't do cleaning anymore and hung up ! I then asked why they didn't call to cancel I was told " sorry we don't do cleaning anymore" that was the day before they were meant to clean! Unprofessional would never work with this company ever again
