- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the size and condition of each property. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we always provide a detailed quote before starting. For new clients, we offer a welcome gift or bonus on the first service. We also offer packages for recurring cleanings at a fixed rate to help clients plan ahead with peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief consultation—either by phone, message, or visit—to understand the customer’s specific needs, priorities, and schedule. Based on that, we recommend the most suitable type of cleaning (deep cleaning, move-in/out, maintenance, etc.) and offer a clear, customized quote. Once approved, we coordinate everything to make the experience smooth, respectful, and stress-free. Our goal is to deliver great results from the very first visit.

As the owner of Well Clean, I’ve invested in learning how to manage a service company with consistency, care, and high standards. Over the years, I’ve worked with mentors and developed systems that ensure our team delivers excellent results—on time and with attention to every detail. Our focus is always on quality, trust, and making each client feel confident about who they’ve hired.
