We are made up of different bodies, once we get all our bodies aligned, we can get a clearer understanding of who we are on a deeper level. There isn't "1" solution or magic tool that helps us get there, everyone is different and experiences life differently. Through years of being on my personal soul-searching journey, I've found many different techniques and modalities that have given me tools to handle life's challenges and helped me become more present and in flow. I am an IACT Certified Hypnotist and focus on Past Life Regression Hypnosis and Energy work. My goal is to support and guide you in peeling away those layers through the use of Reiki, Sound, Past Life Regression, Current life Hypnosis, Inner Child work. I use a combination of Meditation and movement to get stuck energy moving.
