FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Room design starts at $3,500. Designer for a Day is $2,000 for a full day of focused design direction, with no full project commitment. Full home design and renovation projects are quoted individually based on scope. Every project begins with a consultation so we can recommend the right level of service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your space, goals, budget, and timeline, followed by a proposal tailored to your project. From there we develop concept and mood boards, refine the design, and prepare drawings and specifications. We then handle procurement, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage installation so you can step into a finished space
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michelle Prieston is a certified interior designer with over 17 years of experience. Drexel University, Bachelor of Science, Interior Design, 2010. Before founding Aeternum, she spent 9 years designing commercial workplace and hospitality interiors for established design firms.
