Omar was very quick to respond and take care of my project, which was popcorn ceiling removal and new paint in a bedroom. I needed it done immediately and he had the job completed within 2 days. He took pictures and videos of before and after, and cleaned up after himself when finished. I highly recommend Bright Coats and Omar. Top notch service and work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are hard to provide without seeing the job first. We like to speak with you over the phone to better understand your needs and give an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with you over the phone so we can provide an estimate. We send you a link that provides a detailed break down of the estimate. Once everything is finalized a contract will be signed and a 50% Deposit upfront is collected. The other half will be paid once the work is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of hand on experience. I've been doing this alongside my dad since 1990!
