Bryan responded to my inquiry immediately. His pricing was reasonable. He arrived on time and then got straight to work and finished quickly. Bryan was careful while removing items from the apartment so he didn't make any damages. He was also very nice. I would definitely contact him again. I had to leave and snapped the picture before he was done, but he made sure to secure the items on the truck for safety. He knows what he's doing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only thing I have to say about my pricing and charging methods is that I accept payment upon fishing the task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions in regards to the task in order to give them the best possible price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been around this type of work for over 5 years. I still have a lot to learn but I can get you a fair price for the amount and type of trash that will be disposed. Adding on, throughout the years I’ve also been hired for assembly of fountains, demolition of sheds, delivery of large items, and so on; I’ve learned to do other things outside of junk removal that have on came with time and experience.
