Wowww!!!! I am so glad I found Martinez Wood Floors in Google. They did my floors over a year ago and I got so satisfied with their work that I post reviews everywhere they are to help them promote what they do. Best Wood Flooring Company in Miami, and I am not exaggerating. They are professional, understanding, and caring. They truly care about the customer satisfaction and will do everything until you are happy with your floors. My boyfriend and I bought a beautiful house that needed new floors. The previous one was full of termites and very bad conditions in general. We could not move in until that problem was fixed, so we started looking someone that could take of the problem. We had several companies coming over to give us estimates, but the price was ridiculous high. I mean our house is big, but the prices those contractors were giving us were not reasonable. I thought we were going to have to wait a few months to find a company that was worthy and serious until my cousin told me about a company that was very famous in Angies List. Im talking about Martinez Wood Floors. I read many of their reviews and I was hooked with all the good things people said about them, but I got even more convinced when I talked to the owner of the company. His professionalism and great customer service exceeded my expectations. To sum up, they came home and after measuring everything, they explained how the process was going to be. They were very explicit, we could tell they had a lot of experience and knew what they were talking about. My boyfriend could somehow connect with them because hes an architect, so he threw them hard questions about the project just to see if they were that good. Guess what? My bf loved them, so we hired them and started right away. They installed red oak with a black stain. The process did not take longer and the results were marvelous. Floors are stunning and I love to get home and take off my shoes and walk on my wood floors. Totally worthy. Great price, awesome work! Martinez Wood Floors is the best option for hardwood flooring.

I have had the best experience with this company. I am in the process of restoring my apartment and wanted to get wood floors. I reached out to them asking for prices for a good laminate flooring. They were very helpful giving me advices about what to get, and what I liked the most was the personalized attention they offer to their customers. They have a small office where you can see samples of different floors and the owner of the company takes the samples to your door if you dont have time to make the trip. The prices are very good and as compliment, they offer free delivery so you wont have to worry about paying extra. The crew is nice and polite, they really want you to be happy with what they do. Also, they were pretty fast removing the carpet and with the installation itself. I have no complaints, my only recommendation is to seal the deal as soon as you are ready to do it because they have their schedule pretty booked up. Other than that, I am sure everybody is going to be as satisfied with their work as I am right now. Super recommended

They did a great job refinishing the floor of our apartment. They were courteous, professional, and very accommodating with dates. We needed the job done during a weekend and they worked very hard to deliver on time. Not every company works nonstop from Friday to Sunday and are able to turn in a product with excellent quality, so my respect for these guys. The first thing was to move the furniture and have the space clean to start the sanding; I must confess I was a little bit concerned because I am allergic and I had heard so many things about the dust this might generate, but it was not like that at all. The machines leave very minimal dust and they always vacuum the room at the end of the day. The crew is very friendly and if you ask them to help you do something, they will do it without even blink. The second day they were ready to apply the products, and I have to recommend a water base product they use, its called Bona something and its amazing. It is odorless and also a green product, so if you are concerned about the environment and all that thing, ask for it. I never had any problem getting in touch with Hector, as a matter of fact, he promised to come back to install a bullnoses and within a week we had a guy there to work on that. The floors came out beautifully, look like new. So, at home, we are all very happy with their work. Oh and now my neighbor wants to install hardwood floors as well, thats how good they are.
