We have all heard nightmare stories of stressful renovations with sporadic appearances by workers, disputes, delays, delays, delays.  In my renovation story, Cote Designs gave me a happy ending.  I had been trying to remodel my kitchen and living room since Jan 2023. The first contractor couldn’t deliver accurate renderings of my kitchen cabinets despite repeated attempts.  I felt ghosted, so I fired them.  A friend was redoing their kitchen so I waited for her contractor to become available.  Unfortunately, this required I take on the function of project manager and order / schedule all materials. The project was to start Dec 1, 2023.  Then Jan 1, 2024. Then Jan 22, 2024.  Jan 22, on the start date for the remodel, the contractor gave an excuse for pushing it even further.  I had already emptied my house and placed things in storage for the renovation.  I called Jonathan and he immediately showed up at my house, gave me a reasonable quote, and, considering my circumstances, said he would work me in.  His crew was there the following morning at 8:30am.  I expected the work to last about a month.  He was mostly finished at two weeks with small things left to tidy up the following week. We did a complete kitchen remodel, a new living room wall, new lighting in the living room, flooring / baseboards for the entire unit, casing for all windows,  replacing a few doors, and repainting common areas.  At the end of each day,  his crew tidied and cleaned up, they even hosed down the walkway and stairs outside my unit.   The work performed was outstanding. Wonderful quality at a really good value. Anytime I called or texted the call was answered or text / call returned immediately.  I am very pleased with the results!  My condo is beautiful and I feel like I live in a totally new place! Couldn't recommend Cote Designs any higher.
