The best way to enjoy a home renovation is when is done by a trusted Contractor!
Ladies and gentlemen this is Jonel & Marjory, We were in need for our kitchen renovation and our guest bathroom renovation; as we got in the internet and we requested quotes from three different Designers. Jhonattan was amazing! I shared my ideas for a new kitchen transformation and his suggestions greatly improved the design. He handled all the construction, electric, plumbing and painting. He met me at the warehouse for counter selection. The workers were amazing and took pride in the quality of their work. They cleaned up after each day and were careful and considerate of our space. They all showed up when they said they would and responded to all my phone calls. They whole project was done in two and one half weeks! We are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen.

Working with Cote Design Studios to remodel our kitchen was a truly great and smooth experience, from the initial consultation to the finishing touches. We considered Jhon’s business among 4 other contractor quotes, but his overall presentation with cabinet and counter samples, design layout recommendations, quick responsiveness, and visual renderings not long after the initial meeting really won him the bid!
Jhon has a very knowledgeable, clean, professional team that handled with care the demo, plumbing, electrical, counter fabrication+installation, all the way to the paint touch ups and lighting. He was involved from start to finish, managing his project and ensuring he addressed all of our expectations, questions, and concerns. He gave us an initial time frame to complete, and successfully delivered a kitchen we could use within that deadline, wrapping up the final touch ups down to the last details. Our kitchen is more spacious, has a custom island we designed together, and overall truly beautiful, our small kids love to spend time with us in there as we move around or eat. Extremely satisfied!
We have referred Jhon’s business to a few of our good friends, and we already contracted with him to start on two of our bathrooms.
We highly recommend you give him a call: Jhon is thorough, knows the construction and design business, and has fair and reasonable pricing.

Jonathan was always punctual, professional, and reliable. He communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His crew was just as impressive—dedicated, respectful, hardworking, and truly committed to doing a great job. They were also very considerate of my schedule, which I really appreciated.
The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, I never had any issues throughout the entire project. Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail.

We price based on door material (Acrylic gloss or matte finish, texture melamine or wood) Kitchen design, and linear feet of the kitchen area. As well as the counter material (Quartz or granite). 50% Down Payment 35% Upon Installation of Kitchen Cabinet boxes 15% Final
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will get a proposal same day of customer house visit.
