I am giving gnome a high score because they fixed the problem and client concern quickly- the first team they sent out to my home pretty much lied and they made it correct and sent someone else the next day - this team was excellent and very responsive and communicated with me every step of what they were going to do, and did it - thank you for resolving my concern quickly.
