We received a text 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver advised that the traffic is moderate. The car seat was provided as we requested. We liked the fact that the car was super clean and fragrance free. The driver was very focused on road and Disney radio was playing for the kids. I will use them again. I wish they provide sparkling water, too, not only still.
