FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every trip is quoted as one flat, all-inclusive rate agreed before the ride: tolls, taxes and gratuity are already in it. No meter, no surge pricing and no fuel surcharge. Hourly work has a two-hour minimum. Pickups between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. carry a night supplement, and it is shown before you accept. Major holidays and large city-wide event weekends are quoted individually, because one car cannot be in two places.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send the pickup address, the drop-off, the date and time, and the number of passengers and bags. If an airport is involved, the flight number matters more than the time — the pickup moves with the flight. You get a written quote with everything included. Once you confirm, the reservation is written down and reconfirmed before the day of travel. On arrival I meet you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, unless you prefer the kerb.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed and permitted as a for-hire operator in the counties I work in, with airport and cruise port permits held in the company name and commercial liability insurance on the vehicle. Background-checked chauffeur. Beyond the paperwork: years behind the wheel in South Florida traffic, which is what actually gets you to a terminal on time.
