- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have specials very often throughout the year. First time guests receive 10% off on their first visit. I have a loyalty program in which you collect points every visit for a reward, which is usually a special discount or a free service. You can also collect point by referring friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have my first time guests fill out a consultation form online. This allows for me to learn as much as possible about the clients needs and desires. This also allows me to properly educate the guest on my process of doing things, and just what to expect in general.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist , graduated from Paul Mitchell the school Miami. I have a lot of experience working freelance at salons , weddings, my own studio, and Telemundo television network, in which I have also been able to work events such as the billboards and more.
