Katherine was very sweet and easy to talk to. She responds quickly to messages. She listened to what I was looking for and was informative and gave suggestions when I didn't know what I wanted. Katherine was outstanding, as a professional on the makeup industry very few have achieved to leave me happy with my makeup. Katherine was friendly, answer all my questions, anticipated my needs, bilingual it's a huge thing because makes the conversation easier.
