FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of every education level, income, race/ethnicity, gender, background. From the mother of the bride on her last week of life, to high profile celebrities. I have encountered a lot of people in my career whom I have loved genuinely and serviced with completely open arms.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please be sure to check out their reviews, and most certainly their WEBSITE! If a provider does not have a clean tasteful website, maybe look at another provider. The provider should always have their best foot forward when it comes to their advertisement, branding, marketing. If their reviews are mediocre or poor and their website is not appealing to the eye or messy, that's a sign it may be time to book with a different provider. Providers who truly care, show it even before you communicate for the first time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure you have details. Colors, themes, number of people, location, etc. Pinterest should be a helpful tool looking to hire ANYONE for any type of service. That way you can bring your own ideas to the table. Also, think of allergies and sensitivities, a lot of people forget those thing when it comes to beauty services. Another thing to keep in mind is timing. It's better to have the person you choose to hire come early and not rushing, rather than to give them a little slot of time and try to make it work. I promise you won't be satisfied with the outcome if it if it's rushed due to time schedules not being thought through.
