- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer in-person and online tutoring for over 250 subjects throughout the nation. We work with top tutors who have graduated from renowned universities like UCLA, NYU, Columbia, Princeton, and many more. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy; if you're not happy with your first lesson it's on us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a team of educational specialists to get you started on the right foot. We'll find out your needs and what areas you'd like to improve on, then we'll get all your preferences for the tutor you'd like to work with. We would then hand-pick one of our tutors to work with you that matches all your requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with tutors that have graduated from top universities, hold undergraduate degrees as well as PhD's, MBA's, and more. Our tutors undergo a 7 step application process, followed by an interview. Only a small percentage of tutors make it through our rigorous application process.
