- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the customer has an ongoing insurance claim or any damage which is the result of a covered loss, we can bill the insurance carrier directly for our work. No money is required upfront to start the work. If the work is self-pay we normally require a 50% payment upfront. We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards & Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial inspection which is free. Once damage has been inspected we can provide an estimate and explain the steps necessary to repair.

15 years of experience in the industry; licensed and insured; IICRC certified
