We offer free inspections and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is different, so we provide a detailed estimate based on the scope of work. We also offer package pricing for combined services and work with insurance whenever applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and consultation. After assessing the situation, we walk the customer through the findings and propose a clear remediation plan. Once approved, we schedule the work promptly and provide updates throughout the process to ensure full transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed industry-standard mold remediation and water damage restoration training through IICRC-certified programs. Ongoing education keeps me up to date with the latest safety protocols, equipment, and sanitation practices.
