- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are set by the industry-accepted software Xactimate. Our services can be billed directly to your homeowners insurance company. We work with all insurance companies. Rough Estimates may be given but exact pricing is only available after the job has been completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer should call us to explain what is going on in their home and what caused them to inquire about water or mold remediation services. Once we have a better idea, we will request homeowners contact information and insurance company information in order to bill our services to the homeowner's insurance company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification Certified as: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control
