- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every mural is custom designed and hand-painted, so pricing depends on the size, level of detail, wall condition, and project location. We provide free estimates with no hidden fees, and we'll work with you to find a design that fits your vision and budget. Commercial, residential, and large-scale projects are welcome. Discounts may be available for multiple murals or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand your vision, space, style, and budget. We then provide a free consultation and quote, followed by a custom concept or design if needed. Once approved, we schedule the project, carefully prepare the surface, and hand-paint every mural with premium materials. Throughout the process, we keep you informed to ensure the final artwork exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to make the experience smooth, collaborative, and stress-free from start to finish.
