Marleny Gomez started Pochi's Bakery from her home in Miami, Florida in 2025. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu with the Grand Diploma in French Pastry & Cuisine in 2023, she came back to Miami to continue to grow her business. I ordered a cake from Pochis and I honestly didn’t know what to add to the cake. She took the time to show me every different option for the cake such as the frosting, cake flavor, and even the design. I will definitely be ordering from Pochis again.
