I had contacted Chef Silvia about my cousins bachelor party about a month ago and ever since then she was so amazing! She really was so helpful with menu suggestions. We had gone on a boat and had the perfect packed cooler with sandwiches and various salads. I cannot recommend Chef Silvia enough! If you are heading to Miami and in need of a Chef she is the one.

We booked Sylvia to cook for our New Year’s Eve dinner, she was fantastic. She was very professional and punctual, her food and service were amazing, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a private chef! The chocolate lava cake, steaks and mascarpone whipped potatoes were our favorite dishes, but everything was very very tasty.

I owned a Michelin star restaurant in France or ten years and was looking for a private chef with high standards for my wedding weekend. We spoke to five different chefs and when we got Silvia on the phone, she was not at all put off by some of the technical cooking pet peeves that I shared with her. On the contrary, she welcomed them and was excited to be working for a couple who she could showcase her technical training for. She worked with us on the phone and through email to find the perfect balance of high quality products, creative recipes all respectful of our tastes, nutritional demands, and budget. During the weekend, every meal (a total of four) was a delight, tastefully decorated and perfectly executed. She remembered every detail that we had mentioned was important to us, and added a few surprises that proved to us she really listens (she grew micro herbs just for us!) Since she was a live-in chef for the weekend, her personality and discretions were unknowns we were conscious could make or break the ambiance...and she nailed it. She turned out to be extremely funny when the family joked with her, generous with her recipes, and invisible when appropriate. I am thankful that we came upon Chef Silvia for our special event, and want to share a heartfelt expression of our gratitude to her and her assistant for their devotion to making our wedding as special as if it were their own.
