  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    the pricing ranges from the most basic training services to the most thorough personalized/specialized program development. 1st assessment session is free of charge and discounts are available for in advanced purchases.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I like to have a brief conversation where I can answer all your questions. I will ask questions of my own as part of the general assessment and program design. Mainly to get to know your goals and expectations, weekly schedule, training style preferences and so forth.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer with NCSF( National Counsel on Strength Fitness), a widely recognized certification in the fitness industry, . I am currently pursuing a second certification with them as a Certified Strength coach.
