With being from a sport-oriented background, I have always had a passion for fitness and physical activities. I started taking fitness seriously and began my education in 2015.
My focus is on quality over quantity. Within health and wellness, cutting corners can become more expensive later in life. Things take patience and dedication but having a coach like me beside you, will make the journey fun and worth it! I’m no stranger to accepting challenges and I tell you exactly what to do to achieve the results you want & need!

1. I am not sure where to start. What is the first step?
Well first, give yourself credit for making it here! This is the first step. Being aware of the change you need will get you inspired to take action.
Message me your goals so we can speak thoroughly and make a plan.
2. I have never hired a trainer. What do you do?
My job is not only to help you feel good physically and help you feel good mentally too! Getting you to train your mind and body is all in the journey and with my Exercise Therapy Specialization and Transformation Specialist Certification, my approach is very mindful of your goals and overall health with the right methods.
3. What do your sessions include?
All sessions include either a 30-minute or 60-minute physical training session based on your needs (already created for you and pre-planned once payment is processed). All client's progress, nutrition, and sessions are tracked in an exclusive mobile application, to hold accountability and be aware of the progress being made! I help with picking and following the right meal plans and supplements as well with all of my training programs.
4. Where do we meet for our sessions?
First, you must decide whether you'd prefer in-person sessions or virtual, I do both now! If in-person, we meet at the private training facility in Miami, FL 33155. Here is the address: 8015 SW 40TH STREET
5. How fast can I see results?
Everyone is different, but I have seen clients lose upwards to 10 lbs in a month by following my recommended nutrition regimen and my fitness programs were executed expeditiously well with me there by their side! Of course with their discipline and determination to make the change.
6. How does your pricing packages work?
Depending on your goals, you will have a more clear idea of when we would be meeting. For example:
8 sessions/month = 2 sessions a week for $199
12 sessions/month = 3 sessions a week for $299
Gym access is $32 for 24/7 hours to access the facility aside from our training program. Gym access is required to purchase for training. No contracts or extra fees.
