Introduction: The services we provide are as follows:
* Physical Therapy -- Evaluations and treatment
* One-on-One Strength Programs -- One-on-one training with S&C coach
* Semiprivate/Group Strength Programs -- Small group training with S&C coach
* Movement Evaluation -- Movement screening to determine muscular weaknesses and imbalance in order to help prevent injuries
* Performance Testing -- We will test each athlete's athletic ability within his/her sport and how he/she compares with other athletes and determine his/her weaknesses within his/her sport of choice.
* Tactical -- This is a tactical strength program for all tactical forces which include police, firefighter and all armed forces/military.
* Pre-Rehab Strength Program -- We will provide the required strengthening needed before surgery is performed; we will work alongside doctors and therapists in order to make sure the client/patient is in-line for a speedy and flawless recovery.
* Post-Rehab Strength Programs -- We will provide a seamless transition from rehabilitation to higher-level training once the athlete has completed physical or occupational therapy.
* Team Sports Packages -- Includes preseason and postseason testing and injury prevention programs
* Weight Loss -- Infinity Sports Performance will use our knowledge to help clients attain weight loss goals through safe and proper protocol in order to attain the goal set by the physician or themselves.
* High Risk -- We will program for clients with health issues according to the physician's request and ACSM protocol, in order to help the patient/client attain a better lifestyle and an improved condition.
* Senior Program -- The senior program is similar to our High Risk program but exclusively to those of the senior age. Age group is 60 and up.
* Professional Sport Stretching -- Generally, a passive stretch is conducted on the necessary muscle groups. The techniques used on the athlete will be either passive dynamic or passive active; it will depend on the necessity of the sport.
* Massage Therapy -- This should be used as a pre-event recovery to allow full relaxation of the extremities and torso. The condition of the athlete will dictate the type of massage that will be used.
