Introduction: What I offer my clients is Personalized Training Programs catered to their specific 'goals' and 'physical capabilities'. My work-outs are specifically design to push you both physically and mentally. To me is not just about "meeting" your expectations. To me is about transforming you into the best version of you and surpassing your expectations...to bring out the WARRIOR in YOU! The knowledge and experience that I acquired while serving in the U.S Marines has really helped me gain an edge over other conventional trainers. My training 'style' is unique and unconventional. In addition, I have 5 certifications with NFPT and over 10 yrs of experience as a Trainer. So, whatever your goals are you can be sure they'll be met. It is all about RESULTS for me. Having the privilege of being part of my client's physical and mental transformation.

I been working out with Michael now for almost, I wanna say 4-5 years. He was my trainer at Bally's when I first started working out. Since then I have been training with him. Working out with Michael I have raised my confidence level, seen amazing results, felt stronger, healthier, and started believing more in myself. His techniques, motivation and guidance during the workouts have shown me that I can do whatever, I set my mind to. I highly recommend Michael for those who want to see results, feel stronger, look healthier, and overall live a better lifestyle.

Michael's patients and creativity have been invaluable to me. As a person with a physical challenge, Michael's ability to adapt weights and exercises to meet my challenges has been better than any Trainer I have worked with. Frankly, I am doing exercises that I never thought possible. Although I don't always follow his nutritional advice, he continues to encourage me to eat properly and healthfully. He never gives up!

Es un excelente personal trainer , tiene un plan de trabajo para hombres y mujeres excelente, tiene muy buenas máquinas para hacer todos los trabajos musculares y de cardio.... Lo recomiendo 100 %

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    What I offer is a monthly Personal Training membership programs. 3x a week is $360 a month ($35 a session) and 5x a week is $500 a month ($25 a session). Personal training sessions are 1 hour. Not open for business on Saturdays or Sundays. Nutrition counseling and body fat assessment are included in the program. If you have any other question, please feel free to contact me.     Former US Marine/NFPT Certified with over 10 yrs of experience as a trainer.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    "Test drive" the personal trainer before making a commitment. Make sure he/she is the right fit for you
