- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! Here’s how it works: You reach out to us with your event date and details. We confirm availability and send you a short questionnaire to help us design a custom photo template for your event. We’ll send you an invoice that outlines all pricing. To lock in your date, we ask for a 25% deposit. Have questions? We’re always happy to help! Feel free to reach out at any point—we’re here to make this part of your celebration as smooth and fun as possible. Our goal is to be a fun and memorable part of your special day!

We bring over 10 years of experience in photography and customer service—a perfect combo for what we do!
