We hired Alyssa to take photos of our small wedding, and from start to finish, Alyssa was incredible. She was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. She was also very patient and good with instructing people while taking photos. Most importantly, we were very impressed with the photos we got back after the wedding. Overall, amazing job!

Unfortunately, my experience with this photographer was very disappointing. She never informed me about the time limit for the photoshoot or that the studio was located on a second floor — which was important information since all the items I brought were heavy. I had notified her that I was running slightly late due to traffic, and she said it was okay. However, when I arrived, she asked me to carry everything upstairs. Once everything was set up, she suddenly told me that the session could no longer take place because the one-hour time limit had already passed. I couldn’t understand how someone could make me drive 40 miles, rent a car to transport all my setup, and carry everything upstairs just to tell me, in the end, that we couldn’t proceed. When I asked if she could wait until the people finishing their session were done, she refused and said she wouldn’t waste three hours of her time waiting — in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Then she simply got in her car and left. It was honestly a terrible and very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I don't recommend to do business with the person

Hi Aniley, I’m really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, and I truly value your feedback. I do want to clarify that the contract outlined the shoot time, length of the booking, and the studio address. Arriving 50 minutes late significantly reduced the time available for your session and impacted the following bookings, since your reservation was for one hour. Additionally, the photographer had to leave for another scheduled shoot, which further constrained their available time. I’m glad we were able to issue a refund and that you were able to work with another photographer who had availability. That said, it’s important to plan accordingly for future projects, as arriving late or changing timelines can affect other clients and scheduled sessions.
