Kel. There I said it. You’ve got your photographer. Yep I just sent you the recommendations of all recommendations. Nuff said, you get it? She’s amazing, she’s your friend, your professional, your ideal person you want to capture your life’s most important moments. Kel snapped our engagement photos while knee deep in the ocean, and did such a jaw dropping job we HAD to have her for our wedding. Ditch the cheesy poses and stale pictures you may get from someone else. Trust me, let Kel get your back, and your front, and your side view. She’s your photographer.

I hired Kel for 2 hours for my Hair Salon open evening event . She was suppose to start at 7.30pm . I was extremely upset when Kel called me at 7.45pm saying she was stuck in traffic , then i received a txt from her at 8.25 pm that she couldn't find my salon and she would refund me . I was shocked ,horrified and let down how someone could behave so unprofessional on an important event . who does that ?

Hi Linda. I texted you at 7 pm and I do apologize you evidently did not receive this text message. Due to the circumstances beyond my control, we discussed me offering you 1/2 off, as I was on my way and scheduled to arrive so late due to the accident on I-95. I made a few attempts to contact you after struggling to find your location, though you were aware I was within minutes away and just needed specifics. I did ask for visual directions from you, stating if I did not receive a response, the alternative would be to issue you a full refund in good faith. As you did not contact me when I was parked and waiting, I gave you a full refund. Please be advised I drove 3 hours that day to make $0. You in fact did not receive any of my services, therefore, this review is somewhat of a defamation to my business and I would appreciate it if you removed it as you never received my services. If you do not remove this review, my lawyer will be in touch with you. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on time shooting, post process editing, and commute time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I will set up a consultation in person for weddings at no cost to the client, just to make sure our personalities mesh well and that I have a clear understanding of what they need. Then we will get into inspiration - I add those clients with Pinterest to a shared board and that helps me to lay out the vision further.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One foundation year studying photography at the Art Institute of Boston. Took a workshop with Mary Ellen Mark in 2014 in Iceland and a workshop with Maggie Steber in Oaxaca in 2017.
