- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this line of business pricing and being able to work with the client goes hand in hand. I give my quotes/estimates based on job type, size and clients budget. Like I mentioned I offer the best prices in town!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client, understanding what they're needs are and overall providing the best customer service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees and I've held corporate jobs, but nothing beats working for yourself. And what me and my team has to offer is experience and quality work!
