If there were only 100 stars to give for people, this young man would receive 110. I've had the fortune (or misfortune) to have to deal with many vendors and "handymen" in my life and the simple truth is that the vast majority are of poor quality (atleast my experience) - they are unreliable, inexperienced, and just don't show pride in their work at all.

This young man however, from Beach Property Services, was truly a breath of fresh air. I hired him to paint the exterior of my home.

He was extremely responsive, attentive, FAIR with his price, kind hearted, some ladies would even say he's very good looking, and he's good at what he does.

We had to deal with some annoying delays in getting the house painted because of rain, but Zach did not relent in his attentiveness and was so very reliable. He would call, he would text and always delivered. He did not fail a single day. I'm not sure if painting is all his company specializes in, but if you have anything you need, painting or something else, I promise you Zach is probably the best you'll come across. Do not hesitate to hire him. He earned every single penny he charged and more. I recommend him and his company 100%!

Zach did limewash paint on our wall and it looks great. He communicated well and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely 100% recommend working with Zach and the team at Beach Property Services. Zach called me right away and was super helpful and professional when it came to helping me paint my tiled back patio and roof. His prices were reasonable and his work was very well done. He worked with me when I needed a quick turn around on my patio and helped me pick the right paint for the job. Would definitely work with him again for future projects. Thanks, Zach!

Details: Home • One story • One part of building • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • I’d like the professional to provide the paint

Zachary did an incredible job restoring our LOVE sculpture, which I had made for my wife five years ago. After being outside, it had rusted, peeled and really deteriorated. Zachary made it look brand new again. He was responsive, professional, reliable. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend him!

Zach and his crew at Beach Property Services helped us get our house ready to sell and did an Amazing job! Work included pressure washing, patching, sanding, and painting, consruction, complicated repairs, landscaping and beautifying our yard, and pretty much everything we needed to get our property show and sell worthy. Not only is their work excellent but also fairly priced. On top of the consistent high quality work and craftsmanship throughout, Zach and his crew shine in how amazing and professional their attitudes are. Wow! Every one of Zach's crew were kind, polite, courteous, incredibly hard working, with an old fashion "Can Do" approach that is rarely seen anymore. This was very refreshing, and speaks volumes in Zach treats his staff, and how well liked he is. We are so happy we chose Beach Property Services and recommend them highly!
