We charge a rate per transaction. Discounts are applied after an allotted amount of time working with Luneria Consulting Group as well as multiple properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to begin a good communication with any new Clients. A Welcome call is a must to get a better sense of who we are collaborating with that way both parties start off on a more trusting and comfortable path.
