- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services Provided: Rent collection $50/unit/mo: Includes tenant and owner access to portal. Tenant can submit contact and maintenance requests in portal and pay rent. Books are kept in portal to generate financial reports which owner can access. $450 - Process Server Post 3 day notice (Attorney Prepared), owner must authorize $120/hr - Call for late rent Maintenance Management $240/service call - AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Handyman, appliances Extensive projects $120/hr plus any requested property visits. Bill Payment - included in service call fee Additional bill payments like utilities or recurring services done at $120/hr Leasing 1 month rent Renewal $120/hr Property Visit/Inspection - $450 includes up to 1 hr at property. Anything after that billed at $120/hr. Owner must specifically order a visit. All other miscellaneous work requested billed at $120/hr.
