I have no idea why the reviewers below have had such a bad experience with this company. I on the other hand have had a wonderful experience with these guys. I started working with them in February of 2012 and have bought over a dozen properties in the last two years and have placed with edge. These guys are nothing short of amazing. They are hard working, honest, and always communicate with me regarding repairs and issues with my properties. They have leased my properties and I have had stable income from them since their take over. While no company can be amazing 100% of the time, it seems to me like the management here really cares about its clients. They are always on their game and have really taken care of me..... Ignore the other reviewers and take a chance with these guys, tell them Samantha referred you.

I have only been with Edge Asset for a few months but so far I have been happy. I generally do not like property managers and am hard to please but these guys do look after both tenants and landlords. Oriah the manager always goes out of his way to explain things and has excellent communication. I feel they are transparent and trustworthy. I was really annoyed when they sent a technician to look at the HVAC system who informed me the AC was fine and had no problems. They sent the guy without asking me and charged me $150 for it. However Oriah said it will never happen again and all future maintenance requests will require my approval. Apart from that one hiccup I'm very happy with them. If I buy another property I will get them to manage it also. They would have got 5 stars if not for the HVAC issue.

We own a Comercial shopping center in Miami and these guys have been managing it for the past year or two. Used them after my last management company stole money from me. These guys have been great overall. They really cleaned the place up and put better tenants in the units. Will keep working with them for as long as I own the unit.

SO FAR I'VE HAD A WONDERFUL experience with these guys. I have been working with Carlos mostly and he has been attentive and quick to address any issues. They are quick to answer calls and emails and truly seem to care about their work. Couldn't be happier. Looking forward to edge handling my growing portfolio of properties.

I started working with carlos from edge a few months ago. I have had a wonderful experience with them. Regular emails, access to their online portal, and they always pick up their phones. Couldn't be happier.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    We had a client who was in the red on 3 of her properties. After we came in, we evicted all 3 non paying tenants, cleaned up the units and rented them out to qualified tenants. Now she is buying more units because we are helping her positively cashflow them.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    ASK a lot of questions. Ask for referrals. If they don't provide quality answers or shy away from referrals, run as fast as possible
