I asked for assistance in renting my Condo in Hollywood Fl. I spoke to Ana once and corresponded via email a few times. I sent her what she requested. Last comunication we had was that she would get back to me that afternoon with some comparables on the property and send me a contract. This was the last I heard from her. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My services do not have a complicated pricing system. I can usually beat the competition and tailor my pricing to the individual needs of my customers. I offer 2 months of free services to all of my new clients. I also guarantee my tenants. If the tenant breaks the lease in the first 9 months of the tenancy, I will replace the tenant for free. Don't make a decision before you get a quote from us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed Realtor, with certifications and designations in the Real Estate industry, such as CREOS (Certified Foreclosure Specialist) CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and MRP ( Military Relocation Professional. I am also BPOR certified, which qualifies me to advice on the value of a property. I also have 220 hours of education on Insurance and I am a candidate to sit for the Title Insurance Agent exam for the State of Florida in 2015. I constantly improve my skills and qualifications by adding more knowledge of Real Estate trends in the South Florida markets, and attending seminars, workshops and conferences. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I am a Realtor, and my investors often asked me to manage the properties I sold them. I incorporated my company, Ibis Investments and Property Management to professionally manage residential properties to accommodate the needs of my growing clientele.
