- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We simply charge 10% of your actual monthly distribution, with no leasing commissions, maintenance upcharges, kickbacks, admin fees or hidden fees. That incentivizes us to maximize your cashflow by finding great residents, keeping them for years and being efficient with maintenance costs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We onboard your property (vacant or occupied) and set you up on our owner platform in 30 minutes. From there you can monitor everything (accounting, screening results, resident communications, maintenance before/after photos, detailed leasing activity) in real-time. Depending on the occupancy, we'll then start leasing your property or introduce ourselves to the existing resident. And at the end of each month you'll get a nice big distribution and detailed report for your records.
