Stop right here, do not hire anyone else than Martel Services. Jose did a fantastic job. Has knowledge of what he's doing. I had a leak and hire a plumber right before I hire Jose. Big mistake with Big Flush Plumbing, they couldn't solved the clogged and didn't wanted to give me my money back. I hire Martel Services and Jose was able to do the work that Big Flush Plumbing couldn't do. Be careful who you're hiring. Martel Plumbing Services is a very good Plumbing company. They stopped my leaking. And he cleaned after him self, which is a big plus. With Big Flush Plumbing it's a joke. The previous company couldn't fix the clog and left everything messy. You want to hire a plumber that knows his work and doesn't leave a mess behind and that's Martel Services. I will definitely hire Martel Services again. Thank you Jose 🙏🏽 for doing a fantastic job.

Jose did a fantastic job replacing our broken vanity faucet! He arrived on time, was highly professional, and diagnosed exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he do a great job installing the new faucet, but he was incredibly neat and left everything perfectly clean afterward. Fair pricing and top-tier service. I’d definitely hire him again.

I had a main drain blockage. Jose was very responsive when I initially reached out. He provided a timeframe he would be available to respond and was punctual. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again in the future with any plumbing issues.

my experience with Martell services was incredible
Jose responded almost immediately and came to my apartment and checked out the problem and gave me a free estimate. His prices were much lower than any other quote I had gotten which was great. My building made him jump through hoops as far as paperwork and he was professional and made everything available to them. My problem turned out to be a little bit more complicated and Jose took the time and effort to make sure it was resolved completely. He is professional and punctual. He cares about his clients and he really cares about doing the best job possible. I have worked with a lot of plumbers in the past, Martell services is by far the best company I have ever come across. If you need a good honest plumber who won't try to price gouge you, definitely call Martel Services.

My experience with Jose was bone and beyond. He was not too much concerned about making the money; but he educated in as u h a way to make a better decision. In addition, I went to get some parts at Home Depot. To ensure I had the right parts, he met there in the plumbing aisle. His service is top class.
