Needed to leave a review after the manager was professional enough to preference the client over profit. Originally he quoted a value then after they began the work the value need to increase. After calling him and explaining, he saw that I was frustrated and agreed to sticking to the original price. It's rare to find companies who preference the customer experience over profit but this is one. Thank you for the excellent work guys.

I am VERY happy with my service from Pole of Cold Air. My Non profit was in dire need of a AC split unit installed and he and his team professionally and quickly installed my unit for me. I 100% wish I had used them for the electricity as well because they know what they are doing.

Elias was very responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me repair my unit. He and his team gave me a very detailed diagnostic. They stayed in touch with me when they were behind schedule due to traffic. From start to finish, they were professional. They presented me with many options to help remediate my issue for long term and short term. I love that they went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the detailed process for repairs. They really worked hard to get rid of all the yucky invisible stuff people inhale in their homes. Thank you so much!!! I would definitely consider hiring them for future jobs. Definitely would recommend. Contacted them to install an Ecobee smart thermostat . Elias was quick to respond. We settled an appointment. He arrived on time. turns out our old thermostat had rigged up wiring. He informed me about it, fixed it and got the new thermostat working. Thank you guys!
