I would not have believed it unless I experienced it myself, how great the service was from Richard of Climax Roofing. He contacted me promptly, listened to what I needed and did what was best for me the customer, not what would make him the most money. He was honest and followed through with everything that he said he would do and kept me informed throughout the process. I can tell you that I will keep his name on file and use his services in the future. I would be completely comfortable referring him to friends and family.

Residing in New York and need a roof replacement for a home in North Miami beach, Florida, contacted several roofing company and found First Roofing with the best price and the willingness and ease to work with, it was a great experience working with Richard at First Roofing Pro, customer service great, he advice me of the process of the project from start to completion of project was on time and always calls before you get a chance to call him, sends me all approved documents and photograph of completed project, will recommended this company for your roofing needs.

Climax Roofing provides EXCELLENT customer service. Their response time is the quickest I've ever gotten. Richard is very nice and professional, He explains all your options and follows through with repairs as quickly as he responds to your inquiries. Absolutely awesome! Will be using Climax Roofing for all my roofing needs! I recommend Climax Roofing without any reservations.

After a leak, my entire roof caved in and Ricardo from Climax Roofing came out immediately. I had a new roof in no time!
