I shopped around for roof replacement and Emmanuel roofing was one of the most reasonable. One of the deciding factors was their ability to start the job quickly. The job was supposed to start in February (2020). The start date kept getting delayed and then COVID struck in March. Long story short, after a lot of back and forth communication (mostly initiated by me), the roof was installed in June 2020. Although communication wasn’t the best prior to them starting the roof, Carlos was always professional. I know last year was a trying time for everybody. Once they started the roof the communication drastically improved. Carlos would send status updates and pictures of the roof replacement. After they started removing shingle, they found out I had a triple roof (new roof laid on top of old roof) which increased the price of the roof replacement. At the end of the day, the job was done and it was good quality work at a fair price. The job itself only took a few days. After installation, I noticed the dryer vent in the attic was broken/not well secured to the roof anymore. I’ll have to now call somebody to repair the dryer vent. My recommendation, if you decide to go with them, is to write down a start date (or time frame) in your contract. He will hold you to their robust contract which is written to protect their business.
