I am Japanese. English is little difficult for me, but Mike helped many times. My Windows computer was very slow and my MacBook had WiFi problem. Mike fixed both very fast. He also cleaned my Outlook email, helped organize thousands of messages, and made everything much easier to use. He improved my home network and WiFi speed, fixed Office problems, and explained things in simple English. He also helped with AI tools and Power BI dashboards for work. Everything worked much better after he finished. Mike knows Windows, Mac, networking, AI implementation, Power BI, email cleanup, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting. He is patient, professional, and always finds the problem. I recommend Mike’s IT Services to anybody who wants reliable computer help. Very good service. I will ask him again if I have another computer problem.
