- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is package-based by guest count and includes staffing, equipment, insurance, and planning. Travel within 30 miles is included; additional fees only apply for extended service, added staff, or locations outside the service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering event details, recommend the right service collection, handle planning and logistics, and manage setup, service, and cleanup on event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed bartender with formal training from ABC Bartending School and an advanced Mixology Certification from A Bar Above. My education is supported by hands-on experience in high-volume restaurants, luxury dining, and casino environments, where precision, consistency, and guest experience are essential. In addition to technical training, my background includes service standards, alcohol safety, POS systems, and event-based bar operations, all of which directly support the level of service we provide at weddings and private events
