I would select all 5 points if allowed. Our pool maintenance company had become unresponsive and the condition of our pool has deteriorated. From contacting the company and getting an instant response to the pool filtration system, heater and pool being cleaned the next day - everyone was highly professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Leandro and his team … thank you so much.

My pool looked like it was beyond cleaning and I would need to drain it. I was assured by LT Pool that this wouldn’t be necessary and it would be clean after two visits. That was hard to believe but it is sparkling! I will definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for an excellent pool service.

I have to say we are extremely happy with their service. They get back to you right away, great customer service and great work. I texted them this morning I needed them to come out because my landscapers came out and made a mess of the pool and they were here first thing this morning I mean you can't get better than that for customer service. I've had two people and they were not very good I've used their service twice within the last couple of days and they were wonderful both times. Give them a try you'll be pleasantly happy. I look forward to working with them for a long time.

The pricing varies depending on several facts such as pool/spa size, condition, surroundings, and location. For this particular reason, I prefer traveling to the customer's location so I can visualize what I am going to be working with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's location and give them a free estimate in which I analyze the situation and explain the procedure to the customer while I educate them on the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Pool Inspector (CPI). I also have Certification for Swimming Pool Equipment Repairs. I have been working for almost 7 years on the pool field and also worked on construction as an Electrician Assistant.
