I recently had an issue with my pool turning green, which I initially thought was due to the accumulation of leaves and pollen, as well as my skimmer not working properly. My regular pool service company doesnt handle unclogging or pressure tests on pipes, so I reached out to OP Pool Leak Detection for help.From the very first call, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They came out quickly and were super nice and professional throughout the entire process. The technician conducted a test on the skimmer as I was worried about potential clogs. However, he discovered that the real issue was a significant leak in my fountain, which I had noticed but kept ignoring. He thoroughly explained how the leak was causing my chemicals to drain and was likely the reason my pool was turning green.On top of that, he went above and beyond by cleaning my filter and even closing the pool fountain valve to allow the pool motor to do its job properly. Thanks to his advice and quick actions, I was able to get my regular pool service guy out right after he left to address the situation before it got worse.I really appreciate how quickly they responded, their professionalism, and the time they took to explain everything clearly. Hopefully, with all these adjustments, my pool will clear up soon. I will definitely be calling OP Pool Leak Detection for any future pool leak problems. Highly recommend their service!
