- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients first and foremost to see if we connect. From there, I make sure I understand exactly what they are looking for and how we can work together to achieve those goals. I take all the clients information including diet, body composition, and lifestyle so we can work on everything together in unison. Usually fitness goals mean changing more than just your workout; we work together to do this and keep you motivated and commited.

Everyone from athletes to children to post natal mothers and corporate professionals.
