Jay was very informative and personable. His initial response addressed my actual concern and he provided options as to why it was best to have an inspection done prior to giving me a quote. Once onsite, Jay took his time to thoroughly inspect my home while informing me of his findings. He made me feel extremely comfortable and I felt that he was a truly dedicated professional. Jay provided me with an estimate of cost and time to execute the job...both of which were exact matches to his original!! Jay has provided excellent service and I will recommend his services.

My experience was very positive! I had a pest issue and he responded immediately, and came out to treat it within a few days. He also explained everything that he was doing during the entire treatment process, and assured me that it was safe for my son to be around. I will continue to hire him, and I recommend his work to anyone. I’ve had poor experiences with other companies in the past, but his work is top quality!

I interviewed several before choosing BPM, and I could not be happier with my choice. Jay Bell was excellent. He took his time with us, and went above and beyond. If you want someone very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and who consistently takes pride in the quality of service offered - look no further. Furthermore, the pricing was VERY competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend, and I will definitely use BPM again for any future pest control needs.

I just wanted to say jay did a AMAZING JOB . Literally me and my husband went thru 6 different companies to see who had the better prices and what they had to offer us when it came to getting our house fumigated. And Jay was the ONLY person who came into our house Told us about the dropping and walked up to a piece up wood open it up and found Termintes he showed initiative and he has been doing this for a long time the process was easy he answer any questions we had. It was just smooth sailing from there . I highly recommend BPM Environmental Solutions and of course we don’t have any more termites!!!
