His initial assessment of the termite problem was thorough and he offered me several options in dealing with the issue. Pablo is knowledgeable, responsive, professional and takes his time in dealing with the issue at hand. The 1 year warranty gives me peace of mind in knowing that if there are any additional signs of activity that it will be handled in a timely manner. Overall he did a thorough job and I’m very satisfied with the results.
